FAR 52.204.27 and DFAR 252.225-7060 are incorporated into contract N40085-19-D-8044.

FAR 52.204-24: Prohibition on a ByetDance Covered Application (JUN 2023): Prohibits the presence or use of a covered application (social networking service TikTok or any successor application or service developed or provided by ByteDance Limited or an entity owned by ByteDance Limited.) on executive agency information technology, including certain equipment used by Federal contractors. The Contractor is prohibited from having or using a covered application on any information technology owned or managed by the Government, or on any information technology used or provided by the Contractor under this contract, including equipment provided by the Contractor's employees.

DFAR 252.225-7060 Prohibition on Certain Procurements From the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (Jun 2023): None of the funds appropriated  or otherwise made available for DoD may be used to knowingly procure any products mined, produced, or manufactured wholly or in party by forced labor from XUAR (Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of Chine). The Contractor shall make a good faith effort to determine that forced labor from XUAR will not be used in the perfomance of this contract (section 855, Pub. L. 117-263).

Also, please include the text of FAR 52.211-15.

52.211-15 Defense Priority and Allocation Requirements.

   As prescribed in 11.604(b) insert the following clause:

DEFENSE PRIORITY AND ALLOCATION REQUIREMENT (APR 2008)

  This is a rated order certified for national defense, emergency preparedness, and energy program use, and the Contractor shall follow all the requirements of the Defense Priorities and Allocation System regulation (15 CFR 700).
