Patrick P. Joyce, Chief Executive Officer

Pat Joyce is the owner and CEO of Joyce & Associates Construction, which has been in operation since 2001. He is also the co-owner of Joyce Properties.

A servant to the community, Mr. Joyce has been a member of numerous boards and committees, to include the Carteret County Board of Commissioners, the Beaufort Airport Authority (chairman), The NC Economic Development Board, and the Association of General Contractors. Currently, Pat is serving on the North Carolina Ports Authority, the North Carolina Joint Underwriters Association Board of Directors, the Carteret Heatlth Care Board of Directors, and the Carteret County Home Builder's Association.

Pat has been awarded the Presidential Order of Merit, the Pinnacle Award, The North Carolina Order of the Long Leaf Pine (awarded by Governor Martin), the Gannon Talbert Memorial Award, the Outstanding Volunteer of the Year from the Neuse River Council of Government, and the North & South Carolina AGC Home Builder of the Year.

In his spare time, Pat enjoys fishing, boating, hunting, gardening, and traveling with his wife, Harriett.



Patrick "Jason" Joyce, President

Jason Joyce has been the President of Joyce & Associates Construction since January 2019. He began his career in the construction industry as a Laborer in 1996. Since that time, Jason has served in many roles within the company, gaining experience to lead Joyce & Associates into the future. He steadily worked his way up from Laborer to Carpenter, then continued on to Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety and Health Officer, continuing up the ladder to Project Manager. His experience and knowledge led him to the Executive Vice President position, and soon after Company President.

Mr. Joyce graduated from East Carolina University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration. Jason holds certifications in: NC General Contractor's License Qualifier, NC Contractor's License Mandatory Continuing Education, Construction Quality Control Manager, 30-Hour OSHA Training for Construction, OSHA 500 Safety Trainer, First Aid & CPR, EM-385 24-Hour Competent Person Fall Protection, Excavation & Confined Space, Hazard Communication, Indoor Air Quality, Powered Industrial Trucks, Varco Pruden Building Certified Optima Roof Installer, and Varco Pruden Command Software and Land Development Market Analysis.

Mr. Joyce has been, and continues to be, a strong advocate for the success of all Small Business Federal Contractors by supporting industry groups such as the North Carolina Military Business Center, the Defense Alliance of North Carolina, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Allies for Cherry Point's Tomorrow. Jason is the 2023 NCMBC Summit Individual Award recipient.

Jason's hobbies include spending time with his wife Jocelyn and their four children, traveling, boating, fishing, and keeping up with current events and geopolitics.
