QUESTION: Who is responsible for the removal & disposal of the sludge?

ANSWER: Contractor is responsible for the pumping of Sludge, But there is a Flanging Station available for direct
pumping in the basement of complex.

QUESTION: What is the invert elevation of the sludge well (How deep from the
top grated surface)?

ANSWER: 5 feet from top of sludge to grate.
ANSWERED RFI: QUESTION: Clean water is usually required for testing of equipment.  If this is required, is there a source of water
available to fill the tank and what is the source (i.e. Hydrant)? After testing can the clean water flow into the system
or will it have to be pumped out?
ANSWER: There is a fire hydrant within 100 feet of work site
