ANSWERED RFI: Question:  2.  May the boat that runs from the Thorofare Bridge to BT11 be used to transport contractor personnel to the site?  

2.  May any of the equipment on the island be used by the contractor?

Answer:  The contractor personnel can ride the boat on regular runs, Government will not make it a habit to run back and forth from BT-11 to the bridge (Government can't provide a taxi service).

2. Government will support the contractor with heavy equipment (Government personnel will
operate the equipment) when needed.
ANSWERED RFI: Question:  In regards to the testing and load testing for the Generator, please confirm if the fuel supply the government has on site can be used for
the test as the Generator needs to be hooked up completely installed prior to the running of the tests.

Answer:  Once the generator istallation is complete (including fuel lines) the contractor will not be responsible for providing fuel to the generator.

Fuel will be obtained from the 8,100 gallon tank.
